GTX 660 vs GTX 750 ti

Would getting the 660 be worth the extra investment? I am on a budget, but if it is worth it I'm willing to throw down the extra money.

but 750 ti is better when it comes on overall value

I'd recommend going with an r9 280, better than both, same price.
