So i built my PC over a a month ago, and i've noticed that if I play for 6-7+ hours, my temps go up by 1-5C . I recently cleaned out some of the fans ,and i did a prime95 stress test (blended), and my highest temperature was 69c. While listening to music and talking on skype+ rainmeter and realtemp ,and playing league maxed out, My temps are always between 51c ( beginning) to 56C ( almost max) and playing more intensive games like darksiders 2 i get between 56C( beginning) to 63C(almost max). My ambient temps are between 21-26C. My processor is a I5 4460 , and im using the stock cooler. So i ask, are these normal pc temps.

I'm confused, why would you think it's not normal? Honestly anything below 70C is great, and besides it's a stock air cooler, you get what you pay for.

Anywhere around or under 70 on prime is pretty normal with the stock cooler. Nothing to worry about there. If you're concerned about temps you can invest in the cheap Hyper 212 EVO:

That should bring your load temps down by a few degrees, and the 212 is cheap enough. But honestly you don't have to worry about those temps unless you see numbers in the mid-high 80s

I have an i5 4460 with the stock cooler and I get pretty much the same temps. Those are safe temps, don't worry.

You don't need a Hyper 212 Evo either.

Your temperatures are OK, particularly with the stock cooler.
The main reason to change anything would be to use a better cooler with a bigger fan that was quieter under load.

Not to worry too much about heat. If the chip ever gets dangerously hot, it will slow down or shut off to protect itself.
