my computer is slow to start and i have 6gb of ram and no viruses/registry errors/fragmented hard drives etc..i would also like to know if i bought this video card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) if my cpu (AMD 5150 1.6GHZ Quad Core) would bottleneck it when gaming? appreciate the help and if it would bottleneck it what would be a good cpu to get for mobo Gigabyte GA-AM1M-S2H?

that cpu sucks ball so deep its not even funny upgrade that. that low end card bottlenecks that when you know its got to go. if you want a real speed boost get a ssd(120gb or more) and a new cpu.
