AMD A10 5800K w/ GTX 750ti or intel i5 4440 (no GPU)

So I'm working on a $550 PC build which can run League of Legends and multitask (alt+tabbing between it and a browser with MANY tabs open). So, i was wondering if i should grab an AMD CPU and the 750 ti, or get the intel i5 4440.

And also, comparing the two (without the APU capabilites of the A10, would an Athlon 760k be better, or the A10 5800k.

While the GTX 750 would be a faster gfx solution, getting the i5 now and playing with the on-die GPU for awhile will allow you time to save up for a discrete card. And the Intel platform will be a much better gaming system than the APU. What resolution is your monitor?

1440 x 900 is the monitor.

At that rez, you'll be able to get by with the Intel HD Graphics 4600 while you save up for a real gfx card. Along with the i5-4440, you'll have a much better gamer then than going with the APU.
