Honestly, just get which ever one has the right colour scheme for your build or if the colours don't matter, which ever one is cheaper as they are both excellent boards

There are several things to take into consideration. However the MSI board costs about half what the ASUS one does, that's a pretty important factor. You haven't given us enough information about what you want the PC for, what your budget is, etc. Look at the sticky for how to ask for help on these boards.
