Due to personal problems, I most likely cannot do two things: Spend over $700 on a computer (disregarding tax and shipping) and build my own computer. So please do not recommend me to build my own computer or go over my strict budget, thank you.

So I am hunting for a gaming PC that can run medium-end games (I don't really know any medium-end games) very well (60 FPS+ at high settings). My requests for this computer is that it should not go over $700 base price, and that it should come from a very trusted site like Amazon or NewEgg or TigerDirect, etc.

Please leave a link to the computers you find. Thank you!

Gaming at 1080p is going to be tough to come up with a suitable system for $700. The gfx card is the thing that adds to the cost big time. Most $700 pre-builts have a HD 7750/r7-250 as their gfx card. Basically a 720p card.
Here's some examples between $500 and $750: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=P...

Out of all of them, since you said that 1080P is hard to find under $700, what choices do I have for 720P gaming on high settings for medium-end games, all under $700? Oh yeah and it needs to perform very well too.

The ones I listed above are all 720p gamers. They will also game at 1080p, but with settings reduced more than would be needed at 720p. I can't vouch for the quality of any of those machines. Go by the reviews of owners. Since you can't build your own, you are going to be limited to a lower performing gaming machine at $700.

Another option would be to grab one of these basic desktops: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=E...
...and add your own gfx card. The basic desktops generally come with a basic 300W PSU. The best gfx card for that small size PSU would be a GTX 750 Ti. But be sure you get one that does not require a 6 pin PCIe power cable. Here is an example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
That would get you closer to solid 1080p gaming.

Very good monitor choice! That monitor is great! Haha and I game 1080p with a 550M with really good FPS on MMORPGs so a 750 Ti will do that without question.

No one will be able to find a better prebuilt than this:

For $699 you get a 270 and an i5-4690

Order it as soon as you can because I think that is a glitch and if it is they legally have to honor the price even though its not what they meant!! The build beside it for $839 is worse and is more so make sure you snatch it!

@ Master Dell
That is indeed a steal for $700 pre-built. The PSU is low quality. It might be worth it to spend the extra $21 and opt for the Corsair CX500 V2 instead. But that is a good price for an i5-4xxx and R9-270. It will game nicely at 1080p.

I agree with that rig Master Dell posted. You are not going to get better at that price.
