Help! can i put a graphics card in my build?

Any system is designed to switch from integrated to dedicated if a dedicated is detected.

Your case will fit any card, but I'd suggest a normal blower design, so as not to exhaust heat into that small case.

What's your budget?

To fit a graphics card, it will depend if you have a spare PCI express port which you will have on yours as it is not used and the length to fit into the case.

id like to keep under 250$ and i have 300w power supply, so what card would you reccomend? i dont think i need to upgrade my cpu as it seems good to me what do you think?

250 will get you a NVidia GTX 760, best bang for the buck.
A stock one at that.

I did some research on which GPU will suit best as you have an APU. So the AMD R9 280 is a great pair with it.

But before you proceed anywhere you will need to upgrade the PSU. And if you wee wondering which PSU? Then the graphics card link I posted has a combo deal with a PSU.
