Help! can i put a graphics card in my build?

I did some research on which GPU will suit best as you have an APU. So the AMD R9 280 is a great pair with it.

id like to keep under 250$ and i have 300w power supply, so what card would you reccomend? i dont think i need to upgrade my cpu as it seems good to me what do you think?
