How to hide green LEDs on my GPU?

I have an ASUS R9 270x with 2 green LEDs on it, but the entirety of my case is lit up with red LEDs from fans etc. The green LEDs stand out and sort of ruin the aesthetic.

What are some best ways to hide the green LEDs?
I saw someone (on yh answers) suggest Testor's model paint, but I'm pretty skeptical about using any liquids..

Thanks for any suggestions!

I'm not familiar with the LEDs on the ASUS model, but I know electrical tape is a go to for most people trying to hide LEDs.

It's two very small LEDs on the top of the card, so they're in plain view. About 1mm wide, maybe less. But that does seem like a logical solution. I'll try that before anything else.
