Yes. But one thing you may have missed out. The CPU you purchased is a Haswell Refresh CPU, which is a the same 4th gen CPU but refreshed by Intel for a faster CPU. So what I am saying is that you will need a H97 motherboard if you don't want to perform a BIOS update.
