CMD opens at start up, then closes 15 seconds later.

When I turn on the computer, the cmd windows opens, with the directory of C/Users/Public/Music/9b97c2e83/9b97c2e83.exe in the top. I went to this directory, but there was nothing named this. It happens everytime I turn on the computer. Could this be malware or some other issue? It doesn't effect the computer, just annoying. I can't take a screenshot because the computer is loading in.

Yes this can be a backdoor installed on your system.. Make sure you check msconfig (press windowskey + R and type in msconfig) startup and services screen for any funny business .. i mean any akwnfoqjfkfafkafng.reg type of file or .exe that you dont wish to startup with.
Also check under your all files tab in the start menu for the startup folder , check if its empty, if not check if theres something funny htere too..
Try that for now.
