important question about Ram

hey.. i have Kingston ValueRam 4GB DDR3 1333Mhz CL9 1.5V
and i want to add another 4GB Ram, but i didn't found the same (Cas Latency) CL.
i found this>> Kingston ValueRam 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CL11 1.5V

so can i add it? or there will be a problem?

Might work, might not, mixing DRAM can be and often is problematic, might be able to get them to play if any problems by setting them to CL11 and maybe add some DRAM voltage

they are just different at the CL, but they are the same in everything else..so i don't know what kind of problems i may have..

Try them and see what the BIOS sets them to...might get them to run at CL9, it's a possibility, will need to play with voltages, if you need help, just shout

Same, same......you could have a 4GB stick, and go buy another of the same exact model and it's a crapshoot if they will play nice right out of the box, can often get them to play if any problem but sometimes not at all
