Solution
Everything will fit.

Recommendations:
Get a CPU cooler. If it is an air cooler which tend to be bulky, change the RAM to a G.Skill series for clearance between it and the cooler. I recommend Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo as a cheap and reliable cooler. Or get the Noctua NH-D14. For liquid consider Corsair H100i.

And for you build change the PSU as it is untiered and we are not sure if it is good or not.

if your using for pc is just gaming I prefer to get the R7 265 it's better than 750ti and at the same price and one more thing get a lower clocks RAM and higher frequency for stability at overclocking and faster operating it would be great if u have g.skill trident 2400mhz or sniper 2400mhz with cl 11.
the psu will be better if u select a one from seasonic or EVGA . last thing , take the advice from Joeteoh99 about a good cooler .
any Q I'll be here :)
