stock fan runs normally,
Old PSU DC Output Range: +3.3v(20A), +5v(30A), +12v(22A), -5v(0.8A), -12v(0.8A), +5VSB(2A):
New PSU DC output Range: +3.3v(22A), +5v(35A), +12v(16A), -12v(0.8A), +5vSB(2A):
I think My New PSU little bit high in DC output Range, may be this cause system off? but Zebronics PSU is branded why its not match my pc?
friends what can i do?

on the contrary, i have computed the power output total of the previous psu and the new psu and the power rating of the new psu based on the details you have given is lesser than the old one.

i also agree on bluemoons point. PSU is a crucial part of the system, it is the battery of your private jet. if it gives off too much power, it will burn/destroy your parts, if it gives less, the parts will pull each others needed power.

i dont know the zebranics brand so im not so sure, if you just purchased the thing, try swapping it from where you bought it
