Had an issue with it turning on and off so I replaced the psu same problem accept it took longer to turn off after it turned on so I had it turn off and unplugged it for a month bought a new motherboard for it connected all the cords and made sure there wasn't any lose wires went to turn it on again but this time there's no reaction and I don't know what to do help please!

bought a 520 watt insignia psu, the fatal1ty z97 killer motherboard and I have an intel i5 cpu and I don't know if this matters but I also have the CMStorm Stryker.

Standoffs first place to look. Next thing to do when you can verify your PC is working is to get rid of that horrid PSU you just acquired. Tom's Hardware's PSU list is a good place to start looking for non-junk power supplies (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html).

If nothing is turning on inside your case, not the fans, motherboard, etc., then I would make sure the power cable going into the PSU is REALLY pushed in nice and tight. I made this stupid mistake once because it felt like it was in at a cursory tug, but it actually wasn't pushed in all the way and nothing was booting up.

After that I would move on to what others are suggesting regarding checking the PSU cables inside the case to make sure they are properly connected to all of the components.

Also make sure that the outlet you are using is good, in that other things that are plugged in can work.

Nothing is turning on i've pushed the cord in as far as it will go I know the psu sucks its just a quick buy to test if the power supply was an issue i have and old 900wat insignia and i plan on getting a better one when I have the money for it I've also gone back and unplugged all wires and plugged them back in a couple of time the standoffs are the basic ones that came with the cm storm stryker case I've done this over and over today and still i get no response
