Weird. I would start by confirming your drivers are up to date, and then disable any wow addon & Default the graphics in wow.

Disable all addons just to test it. Also, i would give it a try with your on-board gpu as opposed to running your graphics card to see if it's an issue with the card itself or something server side/install from wow.
