I'm just about to build my first ever computer for everyday usage with rendering programs, streaming and also casual gaming.

But first check out my PCP list http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7xRjRB

I'm still choosing the mobo and also my SSD storage I do have a few question though.

1. What mobo should I use?
Firstly I was actually going for Asrock z97x Killer for it's versatility of being able to SLI (I might) and many of SATA ports, but then I shifted my attention towards the Asus Maximus VII Hero which is also a pretty good board and the Asrock is just a bit behind par with it and cheaper.
Then when I remembered that I don't actually need a Z board because I don't have a unlocked processor. I just can't make up my mind.
There's a few condition though, I freaking love ATX board, black and red scheme. I would want to futureproof my board just in case anything happen to the Xeon and that much options from the LGA1150. I also wish to tweak my Xeon from 3.3 to 3.7 using FSB or whatever too.

2. Intel 530 series 120GB or Samsung Evo Series 120 GB?
I checked out pretty much about these two but I still haven't made up my mind, from what I've heard is that Intel have that SF controller which sucks? Or not. But Samsung only have 3 years warranty compared to Intel 5 years.

3. Is Phanteks Enthoo Luxe good enough?
Is this good? It was love at first sight for me but I doubt if there's any casing have the same specs with dat much cooling options and flashy lights.

4. Cooler needed?
I'm still low on budget on that, so I'll tweak my CPU when I have the money.

5.Should I upgrade my GPU or compromise and wait for new gen?
If upgrade, which GPu will be good? I'm thinking of getting one high end GPU, then when I can't play anymore games with it, I pop another in and SLI it.

So that's basically my questions, hope it's not a lot, it's my first build so I need a lot of information, thank you fair people of TomsHardware :D

Oh, and my budget is about 1200 USD but any American or Europe prices could not fit me because it's all mark up highly here in Malaysia.

Hey man, thanks for staying by me when nobody even gave a shit towards my thread lol, maybe it was lame haha.

I wouldn't want to go for the 4790k is probably because I don't wanna overclock and I still need the threads and the Xeon seems to fit me perfectly. There's actually a few items off your list having a US price is just over my budget when converted to MYR for example the GPU using Newegg price is marked up for about 100USD (300MYR) in my local store. I do hope you look through my question for my preference of mobo first man thanks so so so much :D
