It should be fine. Most people who leave a review have had issues with their card somehow and want to warn others, but in reality they will only be a minority of people who have purchased the card. I have a Sapphire r9 280x (The Dual-X version) and have never had any problems with it.

Do you have a link to the newegg reviews? I had a look but all of the toxic 280x cards I can find have no reviews

Yeah like I said it's only a few users having the issue, the majority of users who have given reviews have given it a 4/5 or a 5/5 rating.

As i7Baby said though, if there's a problem, RMA

It shouldn't if you're not overclocking, but read some reviews on Toms, or around the internet on sites like KitGuru to see what people who have used the card say

I did but i need to knw that does overclocking make the card reach 100 % load or it reaches when we play continously even at stock speed . I wouldn't overclock it.

Well when I stress my Dual-X card, it only ever reaches 60% fan speed, and it is overclocked. As the Toxic cooler is reportedly better, you should have beet cooling than me. To be honest though, if you're not overclocking then the Toxic cooler is a bit pointless. If you are going to overclock, make sure your PSU is up to the task. Remember, high wattage and 80 PLUS Efficiency dont equal a good PSU. They are parts of the process of determining a good PSU, but inner components like Capacitors, as well as little to no voltage ripple are vital.

so the fan of r9 280x toxic wouldn't run on 100 % load if i am not overclocking and gaming continously ?
