My PC is kinda old,i want to play new video games like thief or watch dogs on high settings, and i also want to play skyrim on ultra or at least high without constant frame drops (i want it to stay above 40fps.).Here are my specs.
GPU:GeForce GT 240
CPU:Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 2.93GHz
RAM:4 gb DDR 3
Operating system:Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

if u want to play skyrim on ultra u should buy whole new setup, motherboard, cpu, gpu

u can save ur ram, psu (i hope its around 550W), case, hdd ofc so it will be like 500 euro investment if u go for
intel i5 4690k,
gtx 760 or r9 280/x/285
any cheap motherboard from asrock, msi or gigabyte (the last one is best in low price range i think)

hmm, to play those games, u should have a haswell i5 processor or ivy bridge will also be OK, dont upgrade the pc, instead sell it, and get a new one, for the psu, get a bronze or gold certified 600W. Also, the video card should be r9 280 or a gtx 760, u can later upgrade it to Sli configuration and buy a better psu with more wattage, or just sell it and get a better one. RAM, for gaming, 8GB is absolutely fine! but if u r video rendering and doing lots of multi tasking, go above that.
