DELL Inspiron 660 (not s model)
I have 64bit Windows 7. It has 2 DIMM slots, I purchased it with 8gb. (2x4GB). Can someone please tell me what the available max is? Can I at least install 16gb? Please provide a link with information if possible.

Solution
8GB is the max, according to the only specs for your system I could find:

Creative, meet genius
Fast, powerful processors: From everyday tasks like checking email and online banking to heavy-duty fun like movies and games, a choice of up to 3rd Gen Intel® Core™ i5 processors will get your back.

Windows 8 and the cloud: Dive into the fluid new interface with apps to keep you connected, creative and entertained. Save your photos and other files to the SkyDrive for safekeeping and access them from any internet-connected Windows 8 device.

Steel-trap memory: Too much of a good thing? Not where memory’s concerned. The more you have, the smoother your photo-editing, video apps and games feel. Choose up to 8GB 2 of DDR3 SDRAM at 1600 MHz.
