I'd like to buy a new motherboard,my current one is aged and faulty*,( MSI MS 7360) and new RAM sticks.
But I'd like to keep the other hardware for financial reasons,so I'd like to buy one that supports 4GB RAM sticks as well as my old stuff ( Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GT 430)
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Also let me know if any other specifications would be helpful to my question.
*out of the 4x1GB RAM sticks,it only supports the 2,if I plug all four the HD won't start up when I power it.Probably because of the electricity outtakes during the winter (power goes out whenever a thunder strikes,already fried 3 PSUs).
