Specs:
CPU - AMD FX 8350
MoBo - ASRock 990FX Extreme3
RAM - 8GB 1600Mhz
GPU - ASUS GTX 770

Those are the main parts, how well do you think this build will be? Do you think i will be able to play some of the newest games on high / ultra?

http://au.pcpartpicker.com/user/Jaico99/saved/rzJgXL this is the full build if you want to have a look.

Edit : I will also be doing a bit of video editing / encoding so I thought that maybe the AMD 8350 might be better for that than the i5 4690 which is what I would be getting if I got intel instead of AMD.

Another fellow Aussie again. Yippee!

Recommendations:
Get 2 sticks if RAM for dual channel this can improve system's performance by 5% over a single channel.
Change the PSU it is a tier 3. Gig tine from tier 1 or 2 for your build as it is strong and the CPU can be overclocked.
Here's the list...
If you only placed the main parts it doesn't do well. Please post the full specs.

But from what I can see it is a great build and the Nvidia GTX 770 will definitely get 60-70+FPS on ultra. I know this because I plan to get in and have done plenty of research.

Oh and 500W is not enough for the 770 and an uncooked CPU when overclocked. You will need at least 600W.
