I have just finished a new build and i need to put an operating system on it i was wondering if i could use this www.microsoftstore.com/store/msuk/en_GB/pdp/Windows-8.1-Pro-Student/productID.288533400 as a student the price is very helpful but it says it is an upgrade while other sites say it can be used as a clean install. Help is much appreciated thanks
