I have a Seagate expansion 1TB HDD and suddenly it can not be used in usb 2.0 but in 3.0 works fine ,what to do?

First, copy all the files off it to something else in case it is failing. Sounds more like the fault of the external enclosure than the drive.

Second, what machines have you tried it in? More than one? Is it possible that the USB 2.0 on you machine is dead? Can you test a 2.0 device in the port where it can't be read?

Please let us know what tests you have done - different ports, USB 2.0 ports on different machines, none? Then we can get a better idea.

First of all thanks for the quick response ;I have tried some things like different ports (usb 1.1/2.0/3.0) on difertent Operating Systems/machines ,have also run chkdsk and it finds no errors as no problems with drive, however when you hold the disk(not in usb 3.0) ,you feel it moving like it has not enough power to get it working ,some how looks like usb 3 is the only one give the power to work

I have an external drive like that. It came with a cable that attaches to TWO usb 2.0 ports - one for power and data and one for power only. So there's a pretty good chance that you are right. As I commented in another thread, I have a powered USB 2.0 hub handy to test this out with.
