Ive got a asus rampage 4 black edition, intel i7 4930k, and want the best possible ram for high frame rate gaming, general amazing gaming. What is the best course of action? People have told me get 4x4 of 16gbs, but what about the mhz, should i get the highest (2800) or 2133, or 2400? whats best for high fps gaming? thanks

Solution
1866 MHz is just enough for basically anything.Except for video editing. When doing that, anything higher than 2000 MHz is great.
You can go with 2133 MHz RAM,but it is unnecessary.
Corsair Vengeance,Kingston HyperX Beast,G,Skill RipjawsX,G.Skill Sniper and Muskhin Stealth are some of my favourite RAM.
All the best.

RAM doesn't increase the frame rates in a game.

For gaming go no more than a 1866MHz as it is useless and pointless. Just an 8GB will do. Since I see you have an unlocked CPU and you surely must have an aftermarket cooler. I recommend a G.Skill RAM for the clearance between itself and the CPU cooler, as it is shorter than Corsair.
