i am using windows 7 then mouse right click is not working on desktop but open any application otherwise any wizard open its run to be done .please help me...

I'm not quite sure what you mean "any application otherwise, any wizard open its run"... do you mean that, on the Desktop, no pop-ups occur when you use the 2nd-mouse button?

But when you open a Program, 2nd-mouse clicks DO produce pop-up menus?

I assume you've powered down the computer, disconnected the mouse, re-connected and re-powered up the computer, yes?

Next, I'd go into the Control Panel and under its MOUSE option, I'd read all the checkboxes and test any functions you can there.

If the 2nd-mouse-button still has no function, I'd assume "dead" and get a new one.
