FX-8350 And Asus 750Ti STRIX

Solution
It's not very good as a build, mainly due to some questionable parts but also partly due to the fact that the GTX750Ti isn't a very strong graphics card and the STRIX model is the most expensive one you can buy in the UK so represents poor value.
CPU - Fine but potentially outwidth your budget. FX6300 might be a good option.
Motherboard - Poor for overclocking, pretty average in generally. Ideally you want a 970/990FX chipset for FX CPUs.
Memory - You probably want 8Gb here
Storage - Get a 3.5" Barracuda/Caviar Blue, cheaper and better.
Graphics - At £138 there are stronger cards, namely the R9 270 and R9 270X. The GTX660 is an option if you prefer Nvidia.

[bCase[/b] - Not a great case. Poor airflow and awkward design mean it's no good for high and builds and it's overpriced for budget builds.
PSU - Not very good but a solid entry level PSU if you aren't going to push it hard. Having said that the XFX450 is cheaper and modular cables at this wattage really don't make much of a difference if you use a graphics card. If you go for a 270X you are better off with a PSU with two 6pin PCIe power cables too (most 500-550W+ PSUs will have this).
Fans - As mentioned the Prodigy M isn't great for it's cooling design and adding fans doesn't really solve this problem. The 230mm fan also removes drive mounting locations and will also suck in your PSU exhaust.

CPU benchmarks are largely (but not entirely) irrelevant as the graphics card will be the primary performance indicator. It depends what kind of settings and resolution you intend to play at, but as an example there's no reason you can't be playing at 1080P on High as long as you tweak the more intensive settings.
