Hi. Tell me the combination of [ [[ (ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2 Motherboard) + (AMD 4 GHz AM3+ FX-4300 FX-Series Four-Core Edition) + ( nvidia gtx750ti graphic card) + (4gb ddr3 ram)]]]] and i can play (gta v, gta iv, assain creed 4, max payne 3) on high setting.. please tell me.. please please

Hmm... that isn't the strongest PC so it would run those games on medium-high settings (depending on game and resolution).
I'd go for a stronger CPU, maybe the FX 6300. Get more RAM (8 GB at least) and for the video card, get a R7 260X minimum.
