I would say no. The FX 4300 is not a very good CPU, and the GPU is only a lower midrange part.

Hmm... that isn't the strongest PC so it would run those games on medium-high settings (depending on game and resolution).
I'd go for a stronger CPU, maybe the FX 6300. Get more RAM (8 GB at least) and for the video card, get a R7 260X minimum.
