This is purely a good thing!
It means that your SSD is loading Windows so fast that the animation doesn't have the time to finish playing before Windows is completely loaded. It's not a problem at all, just enjoy the fast boot times!
As for this not happening on a different mobo, SSD performance can differ a bit with different mobos.

Dont be worried that your computer is starting up too fast... its a good thing, it really is. My Samsung SSD does the same thing on windows 7.... My windows 8 starts even faster.
