When I start my PC, there is no display, and the card sounds like it's constantly restarting, because the fans on it start up, then slow down, and almlst stop, but then start up again. And it does this process till I turn off the comp.
What could be the problem?

Check for your power supply or your external pci power connector

Another thing is, that if I disconnect the extra 6-pin thingy, it doesnt make the restarting sound, but it still doesn' display anything.
