I am going to build a new gaming and editing pc. I live in canada and i would like to have goodish air cooling please. I already have a moniters just need a cheap mouse and keyboard and OS.
I will buy a pre-built if it becomes cheaper or better in specs. I will play a lot of strategy games, MMO's and do a lot of video recording and mod making.

Solution
you could also save on the cpu and get an amd fx 8350 and get a more future proof graphics card (like the r9 280(x))
the fx 8350 isnt as good as the i5 but it's more then suficient.
also, the ZMD fx 8350 is better at video rendering because of the 8 cores

also when you are going to use the hyper evo 212 you might want to concider getting low profile RAM as it has 37 mm clearance (someone told me you can shift up the fan to get more clearance but I dont know about this)

Good price and performance. It will play pretty much any game you can think of, maxed out, 1080p, and above 30 FPS. Here you go, enjoy:

If you have any questions, just ask.
Also if you want me to bring the price down a little I can. If you will not be overclocking the CPU until another upgrade I can lower the price by $10 - $20

Yeah I made a mistake in GPU choice. Sorry, I was looking for a cheap card to upgrade my original desktop and accidently added it to this. Fixing it right now.

Wow, im making a lot of mistakes with this build... I originally thought he should stay with 1150 so he can use a broadwell CPU, but if OP wants a AMD build then I can change it.

I may go with the AMD FX-8350 because of the 8 cores. It would be a much better choice over an i5 just because the more cores the better for what I'm doing. Gpu I was looking at the R9 280x and the GTX 760. Which would be better for gaming?
