I built a new pc and im updating the graphics cards drivers via Geforce Experience software. When it prompts me to restart to finish the install my computer boots the BIOS screen and the screen goes black and restarts itself say, every 1 minute. Mouse and keyboard don't work. Hard resetting doesn't seem to fix it neither.

specs:
Main Board: Z97 Gaming 5
Bios Version: 1.0
Video Card: MSI GTX 760
PSU: Corsair CX600M
CPU: i5 4690k
Memory: Vengeance 8GB
SSD/ HDD: 120gb SSD / 1tb HDD
CPU COOLER: 212 EVO
OC: No
Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro

Solution
You'll probably need to enter Windows via safe mode and do a driver rollback in device manager. I would then check you BIOS version against available versions and see if there is an update available. That may enable you to then install the more current driver. Or, you may have accidentally installed a driver version that is incompatible with your system as in the wrong windows version driver or a 32 vs 64 bit driver. Sometimes automatic software updates can accidentally do this.
