i have built my pc but atm i only have the motherboard and the power supply and fans in i have wierd it all up and turned it on just to see if the mother board is working currently i dont have anything inside but power supply and mother borad and when i powered it the front power and restart led did not come on and when i plugged in my ipod to test the usb was working i dident get charging screen is this because i dont have the cpu installed please help! thank you
