Having Startup Problems

After a full night with the computer off, most of the time I turn it on, fans are spinning, all the lights turn on but it does not display anything on the monitor, just a black screen. Here's the kicker, I would turn it off immediately and turn it back on and it boots into bios, save the config and boots into windows just fine. This ALWAYS works a second time. I tested the ram for 15 hours with Memtest and returned no errors. What could be causing this issue?

Thanks,

Jay

Sorry, here are the system specs.

Intel i5-4670k
Asus Gryphon Z87
Corsair XMS3 1600
EVGA GTX 770 Superclocked
Corsair AX760
Corsair H100i
Samsung Evo 840 ssd

This same issue was happening with the old motherboard I had. I also upgraded the power supply to the corsair and the problem persist. Memtest brought no errors so its not the memory either.
