Would an AMD Kavari 7850k CPU Bottleneck the 280x GPU. What would my expected FPS be on games like BF4 and DayZ be with this setup.

Yes,but only when playing CPU intensive games,like BF4,Crysis 3 and Arma 3.

Not really.

With the Kaveri APU Mantle makes a big difference in BF4, and should (eventually) provide a nice boost to physics in ARMA
