Which one is recommended?

I have a PC
Processor: 3GHz Core 2 Duo (6MB CACHE)1333 FSB
RAM: 4GB DDR3
HDD: 500GB SATA
Chipset: Intel® Q45 Express Chipset w/ICH10DO
So i want to play BF3 at Medium. Which one is better, GTS 250 1GB or GT 630 2GB?
Most of you are going to say GTS 250. But if i prefer GT 630 2GB because of DX11, will i have any problem playing on 1024X786. What will be my average FPS?
I want your recommendation. I want to play BF3, NFS:World, NFS Most Wanted 2012 and COD:MW3. Please answer.

For GT 630 - It can run all games in decent fps (30-40) as long as the in-game graphic settings are at medium with the screen resolution of about 768 Pixels (1024 * 768)

For GTS 250 - It doesn't support DX11. But in the same resolution and medium graphic settings, it can uplift FPS to 55. So, Basically it is higher than GT 630.
