Poor performance on Far cry 3 with gtx 770

Yesterday I was beginning to play Far cry 3 only to notice that i can only run it at max settings at 30 fps. Geforce experience tells me to optimize to max setting, benchemarks i've seen tell me that this card is able to run it at 60 to 70 fps maxed. I have drivers up to date.
Here are my pc specs:
-MSI gtx 770 Twin frozr
-intel i5-4460
-Asus vanguard b85 motherboard
-2x4 hyperx fast ram.
1920x1080 resolution.

I have a GTX 770 Lightning and get the same fps at max settings so that's normal. Your GPU isn't underperforming so no need to worry there. Just turn down the AA to x2 instead of x4 and you should get at least 40+ fps. I personally run the game on High settings with x2 AA
