Is this PSU ok?

Im building a new rig so I just wanted to know what do you guys think of this PSU:

Thermaltake SMART SE 630W MODULAR

I would go with a seasonic but i have limited options plus this is pretty cheap for its specs.

What are the specs of your computer? You wont really need a 630w PSU if you wont be overclocking or have anything over a GTX 770-780. I recommend this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9

Intel corei7 4770K 3.5GHz
GIGABYTE nVIDIA GTX 660
DDR3 1600MHz kingston hyperX Fury 8GB x2
ASUS GRYPHON Z-87 1150
1TB seagate barracuda 7200rpm

Everything will most likely be overclocked at some point in the future hence the 4770K and the gtx 660

A system with a gtx660 is recommended to have a PSU with 430 Watts, 24A on the +12v rail and one PCI-e connector.
