switching from r9 270x 4gb to GTX 7??

I want a comparable card to my r9 270X 4gb, however it needs to be a GTX 650 or better.
The reason is because I want to stream to an Nvidia shield tablet.

The requirements are a 650 or better.

My only constraint is that I am using a Hx650 PSU.

What are my options here?

im using a 15 dollar one I bought off a friend its 500 watt and I have a GTX 660 and a Pentium G3258 @ 4.5Ghz and my whole system takes 280W under full load (the Pentium is 40 watt under load) so any card will do up to 400 watt so I would go with a Gtx 760 or 770.

you could even run a titan z if you want to waste some money
