Hello Everyone
( Operating system Windows 7 ) OK I am going to show you Some YouTube Videos. I have noticed a significant change in Windows caption size, Start Menu Size
Watch Videos
Video 1 : /watch?v=bMIr_-daxAs ( Is this how your Desktop Looks )
Mine doesn't look like this at all , I have bigger windows 7 Caption Button and Bigger start Menu
and Watch Other Videos or Take a look at Image posted here ( Of my own Desktop )

I remember before formatting my desktop I used to have Display as mentioned above

Why they have smaller start menu and captions and why do me or other people have bigger start menu and caption ?

I have watched other videos too ( Just for an ex. Watch this video TBBTraining-DownloadAndVerify-Windows )

If you want me to upload video of my desktop , please let me know.

I have installed all driver from my MB support CD

My OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
Processor Intel Core i3 2120 @ 3.30GHz
MB :p8H61-M LX3 R2.0

Please Try to explain me. I have to find out what's wrong ,

are drivers missing or bios or what exactly ?

Oh God Damn it. I forgod to mention all the details
Resolution is perfectly fine I guess .
Here are display settings
Display Dell IN2030NM
Resolution 1600 X 900 ( recommended )
Display Driver Installed and Updated
Please If you need more information please let me know !
and tell Is your display similar to mine ?

Well I have a display close to that one but I (again) think it might be in the display settings I once had the same problem my icons were so big only one would fit on the screen I don't know the actual path but it's somewhere in display setting

I need more detailed answers , I have played with drivers
Fresh installed windows several times , Installed Drivers from My MB support CD , Installed Drivers from Driver pack Solution.
I clearly remember I used to have resolution (?) like that ( as seen the in Videos )
But I don't know , I formatted and since then My display is like this ! ( You can clearly see that my IE window is also bigger than noremal forget about Caption button and start menu !!!

Please people help .

There are multiple reasons it could be different sizes. Check dpi but it should be at 100% already. Right click desktop, personalize, display (bottom left).

You can make the start menu shorter by displaying less stuff. Right click taskbar, properties, start menu, customize.

You can change the title bar size as well as other windows elements from personalization. Right click desktop, personalize, window color, advanced appearance settings.

I haven't changed default settings , DPI setting is set to 100% ( by default ) didn't even touch that.
Those people and other numerous people haven't changed their default settings.
I have tried stuff you mentioned but overall , its not normal !!
Please help me to solve this problem

The problem is , I used to have Display like that . How to get it back.
There is something wrong But I am not able to fig it out !
I know there is something wrong . I can feel it. That's what it is , I can feeeeel it . Somethings wrong

You need to be more specific in what you think is wrong. As far as I can see, there is nothing. It's the same pixel dimensions, you just "think" it's a different size since the people in those vids res is larger. Hardware is irrelevant, nothing can change the size besides the settings as I mentioned since it's the same monitor.

No I used to have display like that before , Like start menu size and caption size. I formatted a long time ago. Since then I am using these settings.
But when I watched those videos , It reminded me that there is something wrong with my display !! I didn't notice it.
But as I used to have that kind of resolution on the same PC , I think there is something wrong.

and When I tried to Update my Chipset Driver from Asus website ( latest version )

But I used to have res like that before
" Doesn't support this Operating System : WNT_6.1P_64_MCE " but I guess that's not problem
as I already installed chipset driver from my MB CD , I just can't update it

I get the following error massage

What about Ruler Data and Windows Caption button size and my previous experience with the same PC ?

OK I'll do my Homework today , I'll watch a lot of screen resolution how to videos. and tomorrow I'll upload
1080p video of my own desktop .
Whats really bugging me is that , I can feel that there is something wrong with my current resolution. IE or other browsers occupy a huge space.
Its werid. tomorrow I'll upload video on Youtube. Please be there and I also post each and every detail .
Jesus I had that kind of resolution back in the days .
