For some reason none of my keyboards work on my computer. I've tried 3 different keyboards connecting through USB and none of them seem to work in windows and in safe mode. My mouse works perfectly fine in all the USB ports that I connected my keyboard into. I've even done a system restore and that didn't work either. Also when I try and install the drivers for it, it always fails. I have two generic keyboards that used to work with my PC. I also like to mention that this happened after I moved my PC to a new location. If there's anyone that can help, please reply!! Sorry for the formatting, I'm using my phone

The driver installation fails how? May be a problem with the keyboard themselves. What brand/model are they?

Does the PC boot up fine?

Try disconnecting all other USB devices to eliminate the possibility that there is a conflict between a USB device and the keyboard, then restart the computer and see if that gets it working.

Also, assuming that the keyboard isn't functional at all, I'd recommend uninstalling the keyboard driver, and then plugging it in should prompt Windows to get the driver for it to function. You should get basic functionality for most keyboards with specialised drivers for bells and whistles through that install. If it doesn't then tell Windows to install the driver from the location that your driver file is saved to.

You may also need to reboot to get the driver working/installed. Just be sure to have the keyboard plugged in when you reboot.
