Hi im trying to build a mini itx system.

This is what i have at the moment:

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XsTdGX
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XsTdGX/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel Core i3-4130T 2.9GHz Dual-Core Processor ($127.49 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus H97I-PLUS Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($45.00 @ Newegg)
Storage: Plextor M6e 128GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Mini-Box M350 HTPC Case ($35.94 @ Amazon)
Total: $438.41

My doubt is the ssd m.2 its compatible with that motherboard???
The cooler INTEL of that cpu will fit in that case???
The case has 2 racks and its no necesary to put an ssd 2.5", can i put 4 cooler fans 40x40 or the cpu cooler wont allow to fit one rack??

Solution
The M.2 slot is on the underside of the board - you shouldn't have any issues fitting the SSD on it.
The manufacturers website has stock photos with the Intel stock cooler, so I'd assume it'll be fine. Otherwise something like the Noctua L9i should do the trick.
I think you'll only be able to use one of the racks based on the images, but there's not a lot of useful data there.
