Looking for a budget graphic card

I am looking for a new graphic card for my rig .I am from india..My budget is around $250 to $300 dollars..It should support my motherboard and should fit in my case given below..

My rigs specs :

mobo : ASUS M5A97 R2.0
processor : AMD FX6100
graphic card : Nvidia GTX 650 1GB DDR5
PSU : Cooler Master Thunder 650 watts
case : CM HAF912 side transparent
ram : Transcend DDR3 8 GB
cpu cooler : CM hyper 212x

I totally agree with the r9 270x, but make sure you get the 4gb version so its a tad more future proof

i am going to buy the fx8350 next week...but i need a good graphic card which gives me best fps at 1080p gaming..

anyother cards to get around 40-45fps at 1080p gaming..a little over my budget wil be okay as well..

Solution


The 2Gb is more than enough for 1080p and the card isn't really suited for higher resolutions. Most of the time you'll be running out of power before running out of Vram that's why 2GB are enough.

what are the power consumptions of this graphic card??i have a cooler master thunder 600watts PSU will be sufficient or not??
 


It doesn't look like a solid PSU at all , the wattage isn't the issue however the cheap capacitors are .
I'd recommend a new PSU.

It's a good PSU but not a solid one...However that PSU will be enough right??It's a cooler master PSU..They build good PSU's right

i can't afford any new PSU now..maybe i could change it next year or so...My PSU will be enough for now right??I can install the R9 270x 2GB and make it work without problems for now right?
