So I'm going to be moving onto my second build. My first build was a cheap build with recycled parts and what not. Nothing worth writing home about but it's been a great little PC for occasional gaming and internet browsing.

That said i used recycled parts, mostly just a new PSU, MOBO, RAM, and CPU.

My current build uses a AMD FM1 Socket CPU and mobo. Something that I want to get out of so this wont be an upgrade, and because a lot of my parts are recycled I plan on getting newer things (like a case, my current case is missing almost all of it's panels. It's really just a frame. Needless to say it doesn't get too hot.

I'm still trying to go on the cheap side but I'm wanting to go for a build that I can upgrade over time.

Here is what I have planned so far;

MOBO: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128514
CPU: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113286
CPU COOLER: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099
GFX: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202113
PSU: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438016
CASE: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811345010

I will be recycling my RAM and HDD I'm hoping to re-use my PSU but it's only a measly 350W and I just don't think it's enough.

That said I'm not all that well versed in the ways of PC building my RAM speed is 1866 from what I can tell in theory it should work. Worse comes to worse I just buy new RAM later.

I'm trying to keep this under $800 (shipping included) the plan for this build is for gaming of course, I'm not looking for ultra high quality super defined 4000K resolution or anything along those lines. I'm more interested in trying to achieve a solid 60FPS with "medium" quality graphics (anything past that is gravy to me) weather the 60FPS is earned from this first go or a upgrade a couple weeks later is irrelevant. Like I said I'm trying to get something to build on.

Anyways, any suggestions for what I've got? Maybe you folks know something I don't (which I'm counting on lol)

Thanks in advance! I hope what I'm trying to get across makes sense.

EDIT// For those interested I'll have 8Gb's of RAM 2x4gb.

You said you wanted something that you could continue upgrading, with a strong CPU and MOBO and a high quality PSU, you'll have just that.
You could etc. later upgrade the GPU to something power hungry like the R9 290 or GTX780 (or a newer gen at that time). The CPU would be keeping up to that no problem.
You could also put a bigger more expensive cooler on it and easily overclock this CPU with this overclocking motherboard, making the CPU even stronger for gaming.
You can also easily plug more storage or RAM in this motherboard.
The R9 270 is capable of playing most titles in high/1080p, some newer/more demanding ones at medium/1080p.

Took the case that you've chosen, i would highly recommend this setup if you want something that is upgradeable. ;)

EDIT: reason not to take the i5-4690K is mostly because motherboards is more expensive, and you'll only gain 0.1Ghz at stock, though you could pick the i5-4690K + MSI Gaming 3/5 for some extra cost.
