Hey guys i was just wondering my PC was turned off and when i wanted do turn it on pc powers on fans are working but nothing happens monitor doesnt turns on (its working ) keyboard and mouse doesnt react either no beep ... and i looked at GPU fans they are working and then stop and then start again and always like that tried another RAM memory tried onboard GPU nothing works new PSU and nothing .... is it maybe a CPU or something ?

i oced it from 3.5 to 4.0 with aftermarket cooler and not much voltage increase ... TRENDING THREADS
