Hyper 212 Evo in a Mid Tower Case?

I'm working on putting together a new PC. I've decided on an i5 4690k, Asus Z97 A, and Hyper 212 Evo to cool it. I'm wondering if, generally speaking, a mid tower case will fit that cooler? I've read that it's kind of big. Also if i plan to do any overclocking, will a mid tower case offer enough cooling/ good air flow, or am I safer with a full tower? I'd prefer the mid if I can, but i'll go with a full if I must. My only real "necessities" for the case are that it fits an ATX board and the Hyper 212 Evo, has a window, and preferably some kind of wire management.

For the 212 EVO, you need 160mm clearance. Most manufacturers list the actual clearance.

Having said that, those dimensions are often not quite accurate, in either direction. For instance, the Antec ONE lists the cooler clearance at 155mm. However, the 212 PLUS at 158mm fits with about 3mm to spare, 12mm if you include the side bulge space.
