I wanted to invest in a new power supply to be able to get a new graphics card specifically:
Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti,
MSI Nvidia GeForce GTX 650.
or,
EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti Gaming Graphics Card
( Let me know which one is more reliable and durable for gaming (specifically; sims 3 and 4) )

MOST IMPORTANTLY Power Supply Options:
Cooler Master i600 - 600W Power Supply with 80 PLUS Bronze Certification
Antec NeoECO C NEO ECO 520C 520W ATX12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply
Seasonic M12II 620 BRONZE ; SS-620GM2 80Plus Power Supply
( Let me know which one is more durable and reliable and also compatible to my computer; If none let know some recommendations)

Some Computer Specs:
I just invested in a new hard drive, 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB
I have AMD Anthlon ll X2 235e Dual core processor
750 GB HDD
6GB DDR2 memory
(I'm sure this changed due to change in hard drive)
Some Power Specfics :
INPUT: 100 -127v ~/7A 60Hz; 220-240v ~ / 3.5A, 50 Hz
OUTPUT: =12v1 /10A _ 3.3v/20A _ 5v /16A _ 12v2/12A _ 5vsb / 2A _ -12v/0.5A
Max:300 watts

Solution
The GTX 750Ti is the best one out of those GPUs, and the Seasonic unit is the best one out of those PSUs.
Make sure that your case is big enough for the new components.
