I put my foot on top of the table on the side of my computer and my foot slipped off. And it landed with a thud on the top of my computer where the start button is. Did it take major damage and affect its preformance? It didnt boot off or anything but im just worried I mightve damaged something.

...I accidentally dropped a PC down two flights of stairs once. It didn't have a side panel after that, but it still ran just fine. Computers can be a lot more durable than people give them credit for.

Unless you see something physically damaged, don't even worry about it. If you knocked it over or something, I'd probably check to make sure everything is still seated where it should be, but I'd kicked my old system countless times and it never had any problems at all.

really the only thing that you could have messed up with a small hit could be the HDD.... BUT if the computer is working fine then dont worry about it. I had my old tower knocked over on its side by my dog and it worked fine for many more years.
