Hi I have this motherboard:

(Intel) DP965LT with the latest bios version!
Currently I am using an outdated MSI NX8400GS TD512EH video card.

I'm planning to buy a new video card. This to be exact: GeForce GTX-750 TI. So my question is: is this video card compatible with my motherboard? Will it fit in the slot? Will its driver work properly? Will the card function at its best performance?

Here's the rest of my pc spex:
cpu: intel core 2 duo e6600 @ 2.39ghz
ram: 4gb (4x1gb 667 mhz kingston ddr2)

And how do I basically know if a video card fits my mobo?

Thanks.

1) The MB DP965LT has the pciex16 ( version 2.0) so that the gtx750ti will compatible to it, pcie3.0 is backward compatible to pcie2.0. http://ark.intel.com/products/22640/Intel-Desktop-Board-DP965LT And even the GPU is pcie3.0 but it will work fine with the pcie2.0X16 slot, because the differences between a Gen2 and Gen3 interface is very small. For more info from the one of the review. http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-reviews/49646-amd-radeon-hd-7970-3gb-review-21.html
2) Your C2D E6600 will bottleneck the gtx750 ti, if you oc it that may help but maybe not much, but depends on what games you play. And you can always move the gtx750ti to the new PC later.
3) Also make sure you have a PSU that can power the gtx750ti, it requires a 400W PSU with 20A on the +12V rails. http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

Thank you very much for your answers! I'll buy a new PC next year but until then I'll just buy a new card and yeah I was planning to move that video card to my new PC.

Here's my power supply:

Sticker text:

Model No.: ISO-450PP
AC INPUT: 230V,4A,47-63HZ
DC OUTPUT: +3.3V ---- 20.0A (ORG),+5V ----- 32.0A(RED),+12V ---- 16.0A(YEL)
+5Vsb ---- 2.0A(PURP).+5V ----- 0.5A(WHITE),+12V ---- 0.5A(BLUE)
FUSE RATING: 5A,250V ~ (+3,3V & +5V=200W Max)
MAX OUTPUT POWER: 350W,(+12V,+5V&3.3V TOTAL)

So 350W output max? :S

don't use that power supply! it will blow up on you. 16 Amps on the 12V line simply will not handle that graphic card. you need something with 25 Amps on the 12V line or better.

don't pay attention to the total watt rating, in your case"350 watts". it means absolutely nothing if the power is in the wrong place, like it is on your PSU.

if you are looking for something cheap, this will do the trick: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182295

it is $20 after rebate.

One review for the ISO-450PP, it is not good. http://www.ixbt.com/power/psu/iso-450pp.shtml

The google translate : This power supply should not be used with systems that consume more than 250W peak. The disadvantages of the design can be considered small radiators, as well as the lack of fan control circuits, resulting in a high level of noise.

Average current price (number of sentences) in the Moscow retail:
Power supply ISO-450PP N / A (0)
Housing Foxconn TP-230 N / A (0)
