R9 280X makes me unable to go to BIOS

So I can't go to bios, and it doesn't show the bios screen when I turn on my PC. But it does go to windows and works perfectly fine. So then I tried connecting the DVI cable to my integrated graphic and it still doesn't show BIOS. However when I unplugged the R9 280X it can go to BIOS. Anybody knows what is going on ?
my spec is
i5 4670k
GA-z87x-UD4H, F9 BIOS
Corsair vengeance pro 8GB
corsair HX750

Its not because of the the R9 280x , I had the same problem with the HD 6950 . The problem is that by the time your integrated graphics card is switched on ( activated ) you're already past the bios so In my case I tried switching the GPU from one PCIe to another and connected via HDMI then the problem never occured again.

bios does not showed up even when use DVI through the GPU, the only way I can get the BIOS to work is to remove the GPU, which is weird
