How do I clean my gtx 770 sc acx

I was looking into cleaning my gpu because I've been having a lot of problems lately. For replacing the thermal paste I only have Artic silver 5 at the moment, I've been told it's a bad idea to do that. I also have some stock thermal paste that came with my hyper 212 evo. Is there a video showing the exact way to clean the gpu entirely?

this seems pretty good although i do not spread my TIM i just use the lentil size dot in the center.

you can just use compressed air to clean the aluminum fins or some 90%+ isopropyl alcohol to clean any electronic parts.

as for thermal paste you just want to make sure that it is non-conductive
